I can't recommend Dawn highly enough. Unlike many other agents we met, Dawn was very patient and helpful with our first home buying experience. We wanted to take our time and do it right, and she not only respectes that but stepped up to help us figure out exactly what we're looking for and really acted with our best interests rather than just trying to push houses on us. In the end we had such a good relationship that when her and my wife found a home while I was on the road for work, I was comfortable enough with her representation that I was willing to make an offer sight unseen.

During negotiations even though she got us a price and concessions I never thought possible, she was always careful not to make any promises she couldn't keep or get our hopes too high.

Dawn is knowledgeable, patient, thoroughly professional, and most importantly, she cares about your best interests more than her own. Next time we're on the market I won't even look for anyone else.
